New Emergency Services Field Service Manager, Mr. Angel Caro

Rio Colorado and Crossroads Chapters would like to introduce their new Emergency Services Field Service Manager, Mr. Angel Caro.
 

Angel comes to us from Rincon, Puerto Rico. His background includes 12 years as a Red Cross disaster volunteer starting off with events such as Hurricanes George and Hortense and TS Jeanne. He served as EOC liaison, developed and revised ARC emergency plans and worked as a DAT member.
 

He also has extensive training and experience in Nuclear, Radiological and HAZMAT. He served as a Search and Rescue Specialist, worked with the Puerto Rico State Emergency Management, and founded the Rincon REACT franchise in 1986.
 

He is also an instructor for ICS 100, 200, 700 and 800.
